Vtuber must disclose usage information. If you are a Vtuber, please let me know when commissioning.Undisclosed commercial use will be charged at commercial rates, with the option of refund or full payment.

Unauthorized use or redraw for Vtuber purposes is strictly prohibited.
Regardless of profit, if no commercial license or buyout agreement has been obtained, using the artwork as a Vtuber model or having others redraw it into a Vtuber character is not allowed. If such usage is discovered, a commercial fee will be charged and a formal agreement will be required.
